NEX-QC는 Rigaku의 정확하고 다양한 정량, 정성분석 software를 탑재하여, Na(11)부터 U(92)까지 다원소동시 분석이 가능한 저가형 ED-XRF로 환경 분석이나 산업 폐기물, 리사이클 원료 등의 광범위한 어플리케이션에 대응할 수가 있습니다.
- 6개의 standard tube filter 장착
- 측정분위기는 Air 또는 Helium에서 가능.
- 다양한 시료 형태에 대응.
- • 190 x 165 x 60mm의 Sample chamber로 대형시료도 비파괴 측정 가능.
- • 최대 6개의 샘플(32mm)의 자동 측정이 가능한 Sample Changer 탑재가 가능하며,
- • 표면이 불균질한 시료의 경우 샘플 spin기능으로 대응 가능(option).
